Kutxabank opens a new process to rejuvenate its workforce and to reinforce it with specialists in the commercial and digital fields. A selection process will begin that will end with the incorporation of 45 people to the group’s staff with an indefinite contract.

The bank chaired by Gregorio Villalabeitia has added 300 young people to its staff in the last four years. In addition to the traditional degrees in Economics, Business and Law, the new employees have training in Mathematics and Engineering.

The 45 young people who will enter the Kutxabank payroll this year will work in the branch network, in central services and in specialized areas.
